Design, build, plant
Most projects start with a plan drawn for your own lot and end with a planting scheme you can keep up with. Here is what happens in between.
Alicia measures the yard, works out the grades and draws the plan in 3D, so you can see the patio, the beds and the plant choices on your own lot before anything is ordered. The design fee is credited to your installation.

We strip the old lawn, correct the grade and the drainage, then lay fresh sod. New lawns get a watering schedule for the first three weeks, which is usually what decides whether they take.

Drip lines in the beds and a smart controller that reads the forecast instead of running on a fixed timer. Greenfold is a licensed irrigation contractor, so the work is permitted and inspected.

The first visit is free and takes about an hour. Alicia measures, checks the drainage, and asks how the space actually gets used: kids, a dog, a corner where nothing has ever grown. You finish with a plan, a 3D drawing and a price for the work.
